Weight Loss 
Weight loss can be achieved in many ways and to be honest - and we all know this really - you can't get where you want to be by just wishing the weight away - if only it was that easy!!! You will need to make some effort on your own BUT we will make it as easy as we can for you, in which ever way you prefer*, to help you achieve your weight goals.
*We won't lie to you, if you insist on following the '5 chocolate eclairs a day' plan we may struggle......

Colonic Irrigation; helps to remove impacted matter that may have been there for years and can often weigh a good few pounds! This won't happen on the first session - although our best weight loss on first session was half a stone - but this is unusual. The average is a pound or two but this will all depend on how hydrated you are along with other digestive and bowel issues.
The colonic also really helps with bloating, so if you need help getting into that bikini or the summer dress that fitted last year but seems to have shrunk in the wardrobe colonics might be right for you!
If you are struggling with your weight having been told you have an underactive thyroid this is probably a great option for you! I have personal experience of this and can give you lots of help.
After your first session we normally give you some 'homework' to do that will help you with bloating and continuing the weight loss. This will rarely involve diets of any kind, we prefer to educate you and show you easy ways to achieve what you want. We get some great results but you have to do your bit too!! Food intolerances and allergy testing; just finding out what imbalances you have in your body and what you body finds difficut to process can halp with weight loss. When our body is being 'poisoned' by a particular food it struggles to work efficiently and that can cause weight gain.

Hypnotism; If you have an issue with food whether it's emotional or addicitve Christian Baker can help. He will help you address your issues and change the way you feel about exercise and healthy eating. Can you imagine never craving sweet things again? Impossible? Not with Christians' help.
We don't offer gastric band surgery but if you have ever considered this you may like to think about being hypnotised so you think you have a gastric band! All the gains (well not weight gain!) but no pain as you automatically reduce your portion intake and feel full after eating only a small meal. This is a contraversial option and is normally only used as part of the weight management sessions you have with Christian.

Most body based addictions occur because the body is lacking in something and we take if fome another source that we then become addicted to. We offer a three day detox from Friday to Sunday which includes;
