The Extreme Detox programme
We offer a three day detox at our Northampton Clinic from Friday to Sunday which includes;
- Two Colonics
- Two Colon Massages
- Two Aqua Detox foot spa sessions
- A juicing fast programme using locally grown (where possible) organic fruit and vegetables
- Greens drinks to help alkalise the body
- Himalayan salt bath
- Cleansing soup before returning to your hotel every night
- Herbal teas
- Filtered water
- Two nights en-suite acommodation at the St Georges Hotel (subject to availability/alternatives offered)
- Juicing recipes and menus to take away with you
- pH testing to monitor the acidity and alkalinity of your body
Priced at £425 we prefer these weekends to be on a small and informal basis to allow individual attention and enhance your experience. With a minimum of only 2 people required for these weekends to run we welcome individuals, couples, friends and small groups to enjoy an Extreme Detox.
One of the main benefits clients take away with them apart from the feeling great, weight loss, energy and clarity of thinking (!) is the information we pass over to you, explaining the reasons why you may not be reaching your health, weight and body based goals at the moment and what you can do to make that happen. We can help you set goals that are realistic and sustainable so you can keep the good habits you've learnt with us if you want to!
We will tailor make your stay with us to help you reach your objectives. If it's fitting into a wedding dress we will work on the problem areas, if it's a healthy kick start to a new and improved life we'll give you as much help and support as you need over the coming months including a complete Alkalising course (additional cost) which is acessible via the internet with on line help if you need it.
To make the most of your time with us we recommend you keep a food diary for five days, this should include
everything you eat and drink and, if you are a smoker, you should also include everytime you have a cigarette.
If you are unable to have Colonics due to a medical condition we will replace these sessions with Reflexology if appropriate.
