Aqua Detox

Aqua Detox is a simple and easy way to detox for those who want to enhance their colonic treatments, who don't want a colonic or who, for various reasons, can't have colonics. You just put your feet in a specially designed foot spa and let the Aqua Detox do the rest. The Aqua Detox unit is a complementary health treatment using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

How does it work?

A small electrical current runs through the water creating a magnetic field which corresponds to your body. When your feet are in the water the magnetic field in both your body and the Aqua Detox foot spa interact with one another to rebalance and energise the system.

What Is Used?

The Aqua Detox foot spa consists of a foot bowl filled with warm salt water that is connected to a control panel. This control panel delivers a small charge through the water via an electrode called an array.

Will You Feel Anything?

The charge delivered by the array is very small. Some people will comment on a slight tingling in the feet, but this is quite normal.

How Do You I Use It?

You place your feet in a bowl of warm water with a small amount of salt added. The array is placed into the water and for 30 minutes a small charge (less than a fairy light) is delivered into the water. This charge ionises the water in the bowl in which the feet are placed.

How can it help with detoxing?

Our bodies hold an electrical charge and depending on our current state of health, this charge will be negative or positive. The Aqua Detox has an electrical charge which changes between negative and positive interacting with the body's current. This helps to balance the energy charge within the body, enabling it to eliminate toxins much more efficently during and after the treatment.

Clients who have an Aqua detox before their colonic treatment have reported significant improvements in their well being, as well as enhanced colonic sessions.

What Will You See?

The ionised water will change colour. This colour can vary depending on salt content and water quality.

What Do The Colours In The Water Mean?

We can never diagnose what the colour of the water means as it will change regardless of the presence of feet! The water changes colour due to the chemical reaction which happens while the water is being ionised, but can also be affected by bacteria, dead skin and fungal infections on the feet.

How Often Should You Use It?

Ideally you should use the machine about twice a week for 3 weeks followed by 1 or 2 session’s a month.

Is It Safe?

The only contra indications are Pacemaker, Pregnancy, Epilepsy, Kidney transplants, Immune suppressants. Medication will not be affected at all. If in doubt, please consult your doctor.


How much does it cost?

Each thirty minute treatment is £30. It's recommended that you have two treatments a week for three weeks, but you can always come and try the system out with just one treatment.
